Excellent trattoria with good made pastas and more! Definitely try the pici and the little pockets with pear and pecorino, a must! The house wine is good too, and finish off with a delicious dessert - we had the ricotta and chestnut pie as well as the chocolate salami. Highly recommended if you’re in the area!

Ottimo il carpaccio di cinghiale, il tagliere della casa con salumi, sottaceti e crostini misti. Coniglio e gnocchi di castagne pure eccezionali! Sapori nostrani, ambiente accogliente e tanta storia sulle foto antiche del paesino di Tirli. Consigliato!

Primi superlativi! Tortelli al ragù bianco mondiali. Abbiamo preso il fagottino del cacciatore e la cipolla ripiena ricette tramandate dalla nonna. Fatta la scarpetta col pane per dire.... Nulla da dire nemmeno per i dolci . Se passate dalla zona merita passare da Tirli in zona cala Violina.

Siamo capitati per caso in questo eccellente ristorante a Tirli, una vera scoperta durante il nostro girovagare nella zona. Che vogliate chiamarla osteria o trattoria, si tratta di un locale a conduzione familiare con un rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero eccezionale.
L'antipasto misto era vario e abbondante, con affettati di ottima qualità. I crostini tradizionali toscani erano particolarmente buoni, e tra tutti, quelli ai fegatini e ai funghi sono stati per me i migliori. Ottimi anche i sottaceti di loro produzione che accompagnavano il tutto.
I tortelli maremmani sono stati superlativi, senza dubbio tra i più buoni che abbia mai mangiato in zona. Freschissimi e fatti in casa in giornata, la genuinità del ripieno di ricotta e spinaci traspariva al primo assaggio. Consiglio vivamente quelli con il ragù bianco di cinta senese, davvero complimenti!
Il clima e l'ambiente sono accoglienti, e il servizio si è dimostrato gentile, curato e attento.

We stumbled upon this excellent restaurant in Tirli by chance, a real discovery during our wanderings in the area. Whether you call it an osteria or a trattoria, it's a family-run establishment with truly exceptional value. The mixed antipasto was varied and plentiful, with excellent quality cured meats. The traditional Tuscan crostini were particularly good, and of all the crostini, the ones with chicken livers and mushrooms were the best for me. The homemade pickles that accompanied everything were also excellent. The Maremma tortelli were superb, undoubtedly among the best I've ever eaten in the area. Extremely fresh and homemade the same day, the authenticity of the ricotta and spinach filling shone through from the first bite. I highly recommend the ones with the Cinta Senese white ragù—my compliments! The atmosphere and ambience are welcoming, and the service was friendly, attentive, and meticulous. We'll definitely be back; it was a delightful discovery! Keep up the good work!

Da tornarci. Dal bivio di punta ala si sale su questo bel paesino arroccato ,solo il parcheggio é problematico. Locale carino pulito servizio veloce e alla mano. Tortelli deliziosi , la tagliata con porcini eccezionale .prezzi giusti. Ciao
